Welcome! Located high up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Camp Timberlake for Boys has a long history of offering youngsters the most memorable summers of their lives. We strive not only to provide a summer of fun and recreation but, in a larger sense, to develop a camper’s character so that they will be stronger spiritually, mentally and physically.

An outstanding boys’ summer camp experience can be one of the most important influences in a young person’s life. Because of this, we encourage parents to choose a camp with the utmost care.

Our location in Black Mountain, North Carolina, just fifteen miles east of Asheville, gives our campers many unique recreational opportunities. We run an extensive in-camp activity program and an extensive out-of-camp trip program. Both are made easier because Black Mountain is surrounded by the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, and much of the nearby land is protected within the Pisgah National Forest. Our North Carolina boys camp benefits from its ideal location and we’d love to share it with you.

Finally, Timberlake is a Christian summer camp. We begin each day with a short non-denominational service in our Chapel by the lake. This is a fun time with loud singing and a short message from the Bible. Boys come to camp to have fun. We believe the happiest environment is one in which Jesus Christ’s closeness and love for them are demonstrated by the staff and felt by all.
