Day Joe Boy Cow Happy!

Happy Cowboy Joe Day everyone! This is a day at camp that we look forward to every year! On this day, everyone gets to sleep in an hour AND gets nut-doughs (doughnuts) delivered to their cabins. From there on, we complete our day at camp backward-starting with cabin devotions and clean up, then evening activity, which today was BATTLEBALL (tune back
in tomorrow to see who wins).

Once battleball ended our trips for the day left: Winston G, Hugh W, Owen A, Carter T, and Parker J went on a Mountain Biking trip today and Noah P, Jack D, Huck P, Richard B, William B, Lucas O, Miles S, Sam C, and Barrett C went on a Day Hike. Everyone who remained at camp continued onto 4th period. After 4th, we head to The Tuck where we had a brunch of Chicken and Waffles . After brunch, instead of going to the best time, rest time, we head to free time, where campers can go around to different activities to work on their bars or free swim in the lake. After free time today comes the rest time which was a full hour today! The afternoon continued in this backward schedule of 3rd period and then 2nd period. After 2nd period ended we headed back to The Tuck for some yummy BBQ, our Evening Yell and patiently waited for the announcement of last nights Search and Destroy winner THE BLACKBEARS! Our day ended with chapel led by Junior Camp Cabin Area Direction-Jordan R. We are finishing out our day with a County Fair-with all different types of yard games from tug-a-war to sumo wrestling and giant bowling! This year we are including a dunk tank and waterslide!
